Customized or custom-made products are not eligible for a return.

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or exchange according to your preference. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color or another item, contact us and we will arrange the exchange as soon as possible. The shipping costs for the exchange may be the customer's responsibility.
