Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
1. Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products purchased.
2. Return conditions
Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Items must not have been opened or used (except in the case of a manufacturing defect or defective product).
Customized or custom-made products are not eligible for a return.
3. Return process
To initiate a return:

We will send you instructions on how to return the item and inform you if a return fee applies. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or it is our error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or exchange according to your preference. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color or another item, contact us and we will arrange the exchange as soon as possible. The shipping costs for the exchange may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a free return and a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any problems.
7. Exceptions
Products on sale or on promotion can only be returned in exceptional circumstances (defect or order error).
8. Ineligibility for return
Items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged by the customer or are returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted for a refund.
